Showing her work in local, regional and international exhibits since 1989, Cheryl D. McClure is largely self-taught. Work in the studio as well workshops with well respected artists made up her education. Today her work is included in numerous public and private collections through out the US and Europe. Northlight Publishing chose her work in 2006 as the cover art for the second edition of The New Creative Artist by Nita Leland. As of early 2007, her work also graces the covers of two new poetry books.
